Scott is an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser, member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has worked in the appraisal field for more than 11 years.  He has completed appraisal, review and consulting services for a multitude of assignments for both the private and public sectors, including a diversity of property types, such as residential, rural residential, multi-residential, commercial retail, commercial office, industrial, institutional, development land, agricultural land, railway corridors. He has completed appraisal services within the Greater Toronto Area, and surrounding regions (Durham, York, Peel, Halton, Hamilton, Wellington, Simcoe, Kitchener-Waterloo, London / Essex).  His expertise has been used for a variety of real estate purposes, including mediation, litigation, expropriation, negotiation and acquisition.
