Scott is an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has worked in the appraisal field for more than 10 years. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 2007 and has been a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association (OEA) since 2014. He has completed appraisal and consulting services for a multitude of assignments in both the private and public sectors, including a diversity of property types, such as residential, rural residential, multi-residential, commercial retail, commercial office, industrial, institutional, development land, agricultural land, railway corridor, and others. His expertise has been used for a variety of real estate purposes, including mediation, litigation, expropriation, negotiation and acquisition.

Scott joined Robson Associates Inc. in October 2022 after working previously for Altus Group Limited from October 2020 to October 2022 and gsi Real Estate and Planning Advisors Inc. from January 2014 to October 2020.
