Jerald is an accredited real estate appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has worked in the appraisal field for over a decade. He has assisted or completed numerous appraisal and consulting services for a wide variety of assignments, including an assortment of property types, such as residential, rural residential, multi-residential, commercial retail, commercial office, industrial, institutional, development land, agricultural land, development land, and special purpose properties .
Jerald's expertise spans both private and public sectors, supporting various real estate purposes such as mediation, litigation, expropriation, negotiation, financing, acquisition, disposal, and expropriation problems.
