Colette is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her areas of appraisal specialization include data collection and analysis, market and economic research, and supporting the preparation of appraisal and consulting reports for various property types.  These primarily relate to litigation and expropriation purposes, with a focus on front-end research for development and redevelopment land, as well as a variety of commercial real estate assets, including retail, office, and industrial properties .
